MnUSA EVENTS

FALL WORKSHOP

Each year, for the last weekend of October, as the leaves fall and we all ready ourselves for the upcoming season, MnUSA holds a Fall Workshop for members to gather and learn about all things clubs and trails. Presentations vary from business aspects and filing grants and 990s to trail maintenance and signing. Fun programs are also options like ride planning and sled maintenance.

During our general member meeting is also when our Executive Board elections take place.

WINTER RENDEZVOUS

During peak winter season in February, MnUSA holds a Winter Rendezvous trip where members can gather for the weekend for fun snowmobile rides led by local guides. A evening meal and entertainment are also provided along with our annual silent auction, that raises money for various charities.

This event is our most attended event of the year due to it's fun nature with minimal meetings to attend and business discussions.

SPRING WORKSHOP

After the season ends and things settle down, each April, MnUSA holds it's most business oriented meeting weekend - The Spring Workshop.

This meeting focuses our many committees and Board of Directors on what successes and failures we had throughout the past season, and what plans we want to make for the upcoming season.

This is also when budgets are discussed by committes, and then brought before the board for approval.

SUMMER CAMP OUT

Ah the summertime!  When days are long and business is slow, at least for MnUSA! We use summer time as a time to touch base and get together to celebrate.

The meetings focus on any possible candidates for the upcoming election and any business that needs to be addressed to the membership or board. These meetings are usually quick and only take up and afternoon of time.
